Dave began his energy solutions career with ABM Industries in 1986 (NYSE: ABM), ultimately serving as a Senior Key Account Manager within ABM’s lighting service division. For more than a decade, he led successful retrofit and maintenance programs for regional and national portfolios of commercial and industrial facilities.
This foundational experience led Dave to the manufacturing side of the lighting industry at energy efficient lighting manufacturer Precision-Paragon [P2] which was eventually acquired by Hubbell lighting (NYSE:HUB-A). At P2 and again at Hubbell Dave continued to serve national portfolios, with an emphasis on large industrial and distribution facilities. In his role as an application engineer supporting ESCO clients, during the early 2000’s Dave pioneered leading edge applications of fluorescent Hi-Bay lighting and controls – and was again a leader in the paradigm shift to LED beginning in the late 2000’s.

Vice President, Business Development
Justin’s career has revolved around manufacturing, industrial, and distribution facilities. Initially engaged in the design and construction of manufactured buildings with a global leader in engineered building solutions, Justin began to focus on opportunities to add value by making the built environment more energy efficient.
Through a systemic approach to sustainability, configured to his engineered buildings client base, Justin helped accelerate the adoption of innovative energy solutions by first quantifying the full lifecycle benefits of the system and then by leveraging all applicable rebates, grants, and incentives available to justify the incremental cost of construction.
These same principles have served our clients well since Ally’s inception, making Justin a true Ally on the energy side of our clients operations.
President
As Ally Energy Solutions President, Shawn leads our Business Development team with his passion for service, an intuitive curiosity that allows him to see opportunities where others do not, and a remarkable ability to create opportunity for our clients.
Shawn’s nearly two decades in the energy solutions space began in utility tax consulting, providing large energy consuming industrial customers with tax and utility auditing services, identifying available sales tax exemptions from state and local agencies and monetizing his customers exemptions. This highly specialized service has become a staple of the Ally Energy Solutions practice.
Shawn and the group that would ultimately become Ally Energy Solutions began working together in 2002, as a result expanding his supply side energy experience to include demand side energy efficiency.
Throughout his career in energy solutions Shawn has developed enduring relationships with the industrial clients that Ally continues to serve today.
